Why meditate you ask?
In a nutshell, because it good for you! Just as a regular exercise routine is good for your heart, a regular meditation practice is good for your soul, brain, body. It literally transforms your brain, and most importantly it allows you to experience life more positively.
From improved sleep to less stress, the benefits are well documented by the scientific community. And, while you don’t have to be a scientist to know that it works, it’s nice to know that it’s not some abstract practice that only benefits some. I meditate every day, because I know it works. And, as in any practice, it works best when practiced regularly.
