I am free to face my fears. I refuse to allow my fears to hold me hostage.
Some people say that the acronym for fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. That thought helps bust through any fears I have allowed to take power over me.
I know that most fears are false. I now clear any false fears that I held as a child. I delete them. I destroy them. I eliminate them.
Now is the time for me to clear all false fears that have followed me into adulthood.
The more fears I eliminate, the more I feel my freedom and independence grow. I feel my strength increase. I feel my power return.
I write down any residual false fears and burn the paper in ritual.
I take back my power. I take back my freedom. I refuse to listen to false fears.
I stay true to my heart. I vow to follow my truth. I stand firm in what I know is right for me.
Today, I raise the banner of my truth. I fly the flag of freedom. I feel my resolve expand. I am free. I choose the acronym Face Everything and Rise!
