Mindfulness keeps me in the present moment, noticing and responding calmly and appropriately to stressful situations.
I make mealtime a calm and mindful experience. I know that when I eat mindfully, I enjoy my food more and eat only until satisfied.
I breathe in deeply when I want to bring my mind back to the present. By having my mind in the present, I am able to enjoy everything that is available in that moment.
Being calm and mindful creates the mental space I need to make wise decisions in all areas of my life, including the foods I choose to eat.
