From the time I open my eyes in the morning until they close at night, I am grateful. Starting and ending my day with gratitude puts the perfect bookends on my day.
Before I get out of bed, I mentally note the things in my life I am grateful for. Starting with gratitude begins my day on a positive note.
When I feel grateful first thing in the morning, I create a positive attitude for my day.
There are so many things in my life to be grateful for. I remind myself how amazing it is to have a warm bed, clothes, friends, and family. I have access to healthy food and clean water everyday.

In the evening, I take a moment to think over my day and list the good things, all the little things and big things that happen throughout the day, and it makes me smile. It might be petting a dog in the street or having a great cup of coffee or spending time with friends. These are all things that I can have gratitude for.
When I have appreciation for something, I receive more of it in the future.
